P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 20.03.2003 issued by the 1st respondent and the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.0212/Vir-1/2018 dated 27.02.2018 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to run Aavin Milk Booth at 4th respondent Hospital.
