This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to restrain the 4th and 5th Respondents from committing illegal activities against the petitioner in respect of the suit schedule mentioned properties in S.F.Nos. 161/1, 161/3, 168/1, 1698/2, 168/3, 171/3 and 4, 172/9, 173/5, 174/3, 181/5, 186/6, 192/3 and 8(1), 5(1), 11(3), 11(4), 7 (2A), 7(2C), 105/2 and 189/1C situated in Thanjakur Village, Manamdurai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2022 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2/6
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint against the 5th respondent herein and the same was registered a case in Crime No.128 of 2020. Again, the petitioner gave a representation dated 05.08.2022 with same set of allegations and the same is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent/ Sub- Inspector of Police. The statement is recorded.
4. Recording the same, the 3rd respondent/Sub-Inspector of Police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.08.2022, if same set of allegations take along with previous complaint and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3/6
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
