There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20/11/2017 and to remove the electricity pole situated in S.No.539/1 at Vannikkonenthal Village, Sangaran Kovil Taluk, Thirunelveli District.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the electricity pole has been removed from the said land. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to restore the same, in case the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is untrue. No costs.
