PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to include the petitioner as a victim/witness in Cr.No.9 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to include the petitioner as a victim/witness in Cr.No.9 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The case was registered by the second respondent as against the accused persons for offences under Section 465,468,471 and 420 of IPC on the complaint lodged by one of the victim. The petitioner herein is also one of the victim and she has also given a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to get job for her son and she has not been impleaded as one of the witness in Crime No. 09 of 2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is also one of the victim and she has also given a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the accused persons for getting job to her son.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to examine the complaint and include the petitioner as one of the witness in Crime No. 09 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
