To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.11211/2022 dated 11/7/2022.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.11206, 11211 of 2022 on 11.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.11206, 11211 of 2022 are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 30/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 07/09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
