O RDER This petition is filed seeking quashment of CC.No.909 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that on a complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, the case has been registered against the accused in Crime No.801 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet alleging that the accused have committed the offence under Section 406 and 420 IPC. It is submitted further that the charges were framed and summons stated to have been issued for examination of L.W1 and L.W2. 3.Considering the nature of the case pending before the trial Court and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai to 2/4
dispose of C.C.No.909 of 2021 as quickly as possible, not later than 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
