O R D E R

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is interfering with the civil dispute between him and the third respondent and also harassing her.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent is registered as CSR.No.173 of 2020 and posted for enquiry. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose the petition based on findings and merits within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the orders. They are further directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
