Mr. V. Karthikeyan, learned counsel for Mr. V. Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition. He also makes an endorsement to this effect. He also states that pending writ petition, his services were terminated. As against the order of termination, the petitioner has filed a writ petition which is pending before the Principal Bench.

2. Mr. A.K. Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has also availed appellate remedy as against the order of termination which has come to be rejected by Government Order in G.O.(D) No. 164 dated 08.10.2021.

3. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
