No.401 of 2023 :- This criminal Appeal filed under section 14A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendments Act,2015 to call for the records and ast aside the order passed in Cr.MP.No 390 of 2023 dated 08.05.2023 passed by the Special Sessions Judge (SpecialCourt for Trial of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Cases) Thoothukudi (FAC)Thoothukudi District and to enlarge the Appellant on the bail. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Karunanidhi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. M.Vaikamkarunanidhi, Government Advocate for the 1 & 2 respondent(s),and T.Selvan for 3 respondent this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.401 of 2023 on 07.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thoothukudi (FAC), Thoothukudi District, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
