O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of a complaint alleged to have been given by the third respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the third respondent in respect of money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent, the Police are harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the representation given by the third respondent is registered as C.S.R.No.864 of 2023 and the said representation is being enquired into and the same will be disposed of within a short time.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondents Police to dispose of the representation of the third respondent as quickly as 2/4

possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, keeping in view of the fact that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature, on account of money transaction.
