This Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.319 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent submits that the investigation had been completed and the charge sheet had been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aalangulam, which had been taken cognizance in STC.No.1042 of 2022 on 02.08.2022. 3.In the light of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
