Inspite of several adjournments, the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue the case. The appeal is of the year 2014.This shows that the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non prosecution. 2.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
