PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb at the time of fencing the petitioner's land situated in Survey Nos.214/2, 192/7A, 192/7B, 192/5A, 192/5B, 192/8A, 192/8B, 192/4, 214/4B having total extent of 4 acres 33 cents at Poothipuram Revenue Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.08.2021.

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and limb at the time of fencing the petitioner's land situated in Survey Nos.214/2, 192/7A, 192/7B, 192/5A, 192/5B, 192/8A, 192/8B, 192/4, 214/4B having total extent of 4 acres 33 cents at Poothipuram Revenue Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.08.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16929 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 04.11.2021.
