ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to give adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members for cleaning their properties from the unknown persons and their associates, by considering the petitioner`s complaint dated 19.08.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.08.2022 is available with the second respondent. 3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
