This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to award marks for the correctly answered questions in question members Q.No.26 of Paper-I (Code-C), Q.nos.6,17,22,24 of Paper -II(Code-E) and Q.Nos.21 of Paper -III (Code-G) in the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test-2017 and to declare her results afresh to the Petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today(18.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
