The present Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.720 of 2023 dated 04.11.2023 for taking physical possession over the mortgaged property. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled in One Time Settlement and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 2/4
