ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2023, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli dated 22.05.2025. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2023, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli seeking dissolution of marriage. In the said petition, the respondent filed I.A.No.3 of 2024 seeking interim maintenance. The said petition was allowed on 22.05.2025 and the learned Family Judge directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the respondent as monthly maintenance. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. Though the petitioner has come forward with a larger prayer, it is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Family Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2023.

5. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 148 of 2023 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
