Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner for wearing the Sathuvettiyan Kaappu as right of Kochai Kaapparai in the Arulmigu Chellandi Amman Temple festival to be held on 20.03.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2018.
