To direct the learned Additional Sub Judge, Karur to dispose the OS.No.542 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 23/09/2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge,(FAC) Karur, in D.NO.708/2022 dated 18/04/2022 and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 23.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.542 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1241/2021 dated 28.09.2021, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further three months' time to comply with the order dated 23.09.2019 made in this revision.

3. Considering the above said reasons, this Court, by order dated 11.11.2021, granted further time of six months to comply with the order dated 23.09.2019.

Now, the Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.708/2022 dated 18.04.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further three months' time to comply with the order dated 23.09.2019 made in this revision.

5. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of three months is extended from today to comply with the order dated 23.09.2019.
