For R1 & R2 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criinal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.07.2023. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that there are issues between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.3 to 6 in respect of running a marriage hall belonging to the society. Earlier, W.P.(MD) No.20334 of 2021 stated to have been filed and ultimately, as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.43 of 2022 seeking permanent injunction against the unofficial respondent Nos.3 to 6 and the said suit is still pending. It is the case of the petitioner that the unofficial respondents herein have given a life threat to the petitioner while he is running the marriage hall. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the representation of the petitioner is registered as CSR.No.561 of 2023 and 2/5
an enquiry is initiated. During the course of enquiry, the unofficial respondents herein have stated that they have not given any life threat to the petitioner and also stated that they will settle the dispute in the civil Court. Accordingly, the said petition stated to have been closed by the respondent police. 4.Since the police have concluded that the unofficial respondent Nos.3 to 6 have not given any life threat to the petitioner and since the civil suit is also pending between the parties in respect of the management of the marriage hall, no further orders are required to be passed in this case and accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
