ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his application for surveying his property has not been considered has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that the land in S.No.330/14B to an extent of 0.5500 hectares and S.No.330/14c to an extent of 0.5200 hectare in patta No.1093 stands in the name of Aliya Beevi mother of the petitioner and 24 others. One Jamal, s/o.Sahul Hameed has filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram and it is pending in Na.Ka.B10/8504/2019. Due to the pendency of the above said proceedings, the petitioner's application could not be considered.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
