ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the sale deed executed by the petitioner relating to the property under Old S.No.3264 its New S.No.260/1 1/4

measuring to an extent of 10.167 cents based on the registered Will a Doc No. 17/1976 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2025.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
