Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to release the petitioner's Tractor and Trailer bearing Registration No.TN-69-K-7584, seized by the 3rd respondent on 25.07.2019 to the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks release of vehicle.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader points out that the petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature. Therefore, in Writ Jurisdiction I am not inclined to exercise my discretion. However, the respondents cannot retain the custody of the vehicle indefinitely. Therefore, the respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the jurisdictional Court immediately and without any delay.
