ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to expedite the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.223 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 454, 294(b), 323, 506(2) and 34 of IPC on 08.03.2021. The case has been registered on the basis of the direction given by the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.689 of 2021. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the fact that it is a family dispute between the parties, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the concerned Court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
