ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 & 3 in crime No.346 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned II-Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR) Court,Tirunelveli under SC/ST(POA)Act Cases, Tirunelveli, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.346 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 10.07.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
