This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to provide adequate police protection while surveying and demarcating the property and consequently, directing the second respondent to put up survey stones after conducting survey in Survey Nos.538/3A and 538/3B of S.Tharaikudi Village, kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within the time stipulated by this Court.
