ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of BNS 2023 in Cr.No.236 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the first and second petitioner have since been arrested, as far as the third petitioner is concerned, considering the fact that he is having three previous cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
