The present Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the revision dated 08.09.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. Since the said revision petition is pending right from the year 2025 without being considered, the petitioner is seeking disposal of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the first respondent to dispose the revision dated 08.09.2025 and pass orders on its own merits, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
