PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A5/43310/2013 dated 24/10/2017 and subsequent impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.167964/C.A.2/2017 dated 06/12/2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in commensurate with petitioners educational qualification as Junior Assistant in the light of Note 6 of the Government Letter(Ms.)No.55 Labour & Employment (Q1)Department dated 24/05/2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since pending writ petition, the respondents herein had granted compassionate appointment to the petitioner through the orders, dated 08.01.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate also submitted that the respondent has jointed in the post and is continuously working. W.P.(MD).No.4929 of 2018 view of the same, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
