ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 247 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to any investigation agency in the Tirunelveli District within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that in Crime No.247 of 2019, sofar, they have examined 9 witnesses and they are about to file complete the entire investigation.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, transfer of investigation cannot be ordered at this stage. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
