O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na.Ka.B/8966/2017 in respect of the title to the property in T.S.No.15/74, Plot No.118, measuring an extent of 2614 sq.ft., situated at Ward No.82, Thaikkal 5th Street, Yanaikkal, Madurai-1 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the second and third respondents would submit that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the second respondent, District Revenue Officer, Madurai District has sent a recommendation dated 04.11.2018 to the third respondent.

Considering the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2017 in respect of the aforesaid property, after duly considering the recommendation of the second respondent dated 04.11.2018, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
