ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the inscription stone installed by the fourth respondent without getting prior permission from the respondents 1 to 3, based on his representations dated 28.04.2023 and 31.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent has installed the inscription in the temple as if the temple is in the administration of him along with few others. Though the fourth respondent is the hereditary trustee of the Temple, by installing the inscription, he is attempting to insert new persons in the administration of the temple. In this regard, the petitioner has also lodged a complaint before respondents 1 to 3. But till date, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any effective steps.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 t0 3 submits that the representations of the petitioner is pending for consideration and the same would be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
4. Though notice was served on the fourth respondent, there is no representation for him.
5. Considering the case of the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representations of the petitioner dated 28.04.2023 and 31.05.2023 to ascertain as to whether any inscription has been made without permission and to take necessary action as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
