Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertain to the impugned order vide E.P.No.139/2014-2015 dated 19.10.2016 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the fourth respondent to return the withheld amount of Rs.1,86,076/- of Account No.304110125157, and as well as the previous deducted amount of the petitioner's pension, to him and stop further deducting Rs.3,000/- per month from the petitioner's pension.
