Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARUNAKARAN.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12043 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner was affected with virus fever. Hence, the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 07.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12043 of 2021.
