ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3 (2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(c), 6(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.420 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the defacto complainant, who is the wife of the petitioner has withdrawn her complaint, by giving statement on 04.12.2021. She has stated that there was some difference of opinion between them, due to that she gave complaint against him and on compromise, now they have joined together and lived happily. On the basis of the statement given by her, further action was dropped by the respondent police.
