ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Executive of Suseendarm Temple, challenging the impugned order of charge memo-cumsuspension order. 2.Pending writ petition, the suspension order was recalled by way of proceedings dated 21.08.2024.
3.Since the suspension order and the charge memo have been issued by way of consolidated order, the order impugned in the writ petition dated 01.08.2024 is hereby set aside granting liberty to the respondents to issue a fresh charge memo, if they are so advised.
4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 04.11.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/3
