This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.36 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.36 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
