ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the amount payable to the petitioner, namely, a sum of Rs.62,47,477/-, can be adjusted towards the consumption charges payable by them to the Electricity Board, and with such adjustment, there will be no amount or dues outstanding either from the respondents to the petitioner or from the petitioner to the respondents.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. In case of any further claim or dispute regarding the amount, it is open to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
