ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(b), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(d) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 & 370(A)(2) IPC on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are running a brothel house and doing prostitution illegally. Hence, the present complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are running a brothel house and doing prostitution illegally. He further submitted that the petitioners' earlier bail petitions were dismissed by the lower Court, hence he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.It is seen that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3. For the purpose of getting job in their house, they were got brothel house and compelled to indulge in the prostitution. Since all the accused persons have played a major role in this crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
