Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only relief sought for in this writ petition is that the respondent should follow the due process of law before effecting disconnection of the petitioner's water and drainage connection to the petition mentioned building.

3. No exception can be taken to this request. Liberty is given to the respondent to necessarily follow the relevant procedures before taking any coercive action against the petitioner.
