This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Dindigul District, on the strength of compromise between the parties. I wanted to know the antecedents of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be having a previous case under Section 392 of IPC before Alanganallur Police Station. The conduct of the petitioner, if true can only be termed as atrocious. Therefore, it is not a case, which can be allowed to be compounded. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
