[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.28675 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader would submit that enforcement actions are initiated to remove the encroachment and notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was issued. Thus, the encroachers are to be removed.
