This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to forbear the respondent from initiating any action to cancel the petitioner's selection of LPG Distribution vide Reference Number IOC04113058625092017 at Govindanagaram, Theni District, as per Distributor Selection Guidelines as mentioned in Letter dated 28.02.2018, till granting time from 09.03.2018 to one month or any reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court to provide alternative land for godown by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018.
