The petitioner has filed this application to dispense with the production of certified copy in CC No.128 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

2.This court was not inclined to allow petition. However the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the free copy was furnished without the court seal. 3.Therefore this court by order dated 17.07.2025 called for an explanation from the court concerned and the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur has admitted that it is an inadvertent mistake. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
