Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to allow the civil revision petition with cost by setting aside the fair and decreetal order passed in E.A.No.8 of 2023 dated 06-02-2024 in E.P.No.4 of 2016 in O.S.No.106 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil and allow this civil revision petition and pass such further orders as the Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice and thus render justice. 1/3
