Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is a senior citizen. She is a lady aged about 75 years. The respondents 2 and 3 are her sons. The respondents 2 and 3 are attempting to dispossess the petitioner. The petitioner has therefore moved the first respondent. All that the petitioner wants is speedy action on the part of the first respondent. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint and take expeditious remedial action. In any event, final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
