When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned charge memo issued by the Private College Management, dated 23.11.2017. However, subsequently the petitioner was reinstated into service and no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
