IN CRIME NO.379 OF 2020. ...RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12376 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUBASH BABU.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12376 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12376 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7919 of 2020 No.12376 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
