Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12329 of 2021, dated 07.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners father's name is wrongly mentioned in the F.I.R and Aadhaar Card. Hence, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to comply with the order dated 07.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12329 of 2021.
