ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 13.12.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.30001 of 2024, wherein the second respondent was directed to forward the proposal to the first respondent and in turn, the first respondent was directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the first respondent has issued G.O.No.442, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, dated 12.08.2025, wherein the request of the petitioner has been partly allowed. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is so advised. 18.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
